Tal Noise Maker is a great sounding VST plugin synth. It includes an effects section with reverb, chorus and bit crusher. The ADSR envelope sounds great for both slow pads and snappy fast sounds.
The free VST plugin Noise Maker also has a ring modulator and syncing that can really bring a sound to life and fatten it up. The most exciting part is the envelope editor which lets you create your own custom envelopes for some crazy wobble effects.
The filters sounded very nice. The notch filter especially adds a nice thick warmth to the synth sounds.
